Update 8/15/2025: The app not longer allows claim statements to be downloaded or printed. This makes submitting them for reimbursement exceedingly difficult. Will not allow filing of claims. Gives multiple error messages when attempting to submit. The purpose of an app is to make life easier. This one clearly fails in that aspect

The app is not laid out as it needs to be. example, I get a email saying I have a new message about my health. You go to the app and have to dig around to try to find the message they are talking about. just make it a little more intuitive and easy to just find what you want. Thanks

error pop up and unable to process every time I try to file a drug claim!!!! After I've typed in all the ref #, then it's just gone!!!! Very frusterating!!!!!

This app is not user friendly. While trying to view vision providers, you are unable to view eyeglass frames the provider offers because a pop-up blocks the page and does not offer a way to close it. It is as if this app was created and not tested.

The app doesn't accept the username and password that the website accepts. I don't understand how someone could release an app with such an obvious problem.

Next to impossible to search for a primary care provider. Nurse practitioners are not listed. Unable to enter address for a facility you want to go to. Not easy trying to talk to a real person.

improvements have been made, but details seem hard to find. it will not launch from link in email so have to manually open then click to find claim of interest.

The app is simple to navigate and will get pretty much anything done that you may need assistance with when it comes to your BCBS policy
