Not a fan of having to download a whole app to use once just to schedule an ultrasound. Would've been way easier to just call and schedule, but I guess heritage valley doesn't wanna pay people to schedule appointments now.

The last time I took my son in for a same day pediatric visit, I received instructions to use this app to schedule next-day/sick visits (and they'd be phasing out the call-in-the-morning option). Here I am, probably 8 months later, and I need it. There is NO option to schedule, let alone any mention of the pediatric practices. I wouldn't be so upset if HVHS wasn't pushing this as a "must do" - an astonishingly premature campaign for an app that lacks the functionality presented to the patients.

App doesn't work at all. Gray screen with selection bar that doesn't respond. Opens up but Doesn't work at all!! I think it's BS I have to download an app to schedule sick appointments!!

I'm forced to download an app to schedule my SICK Childs appointment ok I'm irritated with that but that's the way the world is now. He doesn't have a care card number (that I know of) so i try to sign him up for one...I can't move to the next step without it...it won't just give me one.. I'm stuck on this app and now Heritage Valley web site with not being able to schedule. This is ridiculous.. They just must want to go bankrupt since they don't make it easier to actually SEE patients.

I'm computer literate and can't make this app work to see results or schedule appointments. It shouldn't be this hard.

App is not performing correctly. It is not providing the activity levels for the various locations when you click on those links.

if the pediatrics option is missing.... you need to contact them to send you a registration code to enable it.

Seriously, do some research before you put something online. It locks up at the birthdate! Just like other people have said. Can't install.
