I just recently started my Factor subscription. I travel for work, so having a full kitchen available to me is rare. these meals are definitely convenient to have and help with having a wide variety of food to eat. Eating on the road is definitely a troublesome tasks. it consistent mostly of fast/gas station food when on the go. It is so hard to have healthy food on hand a lot of the time. Especially with the amount of cooking and prep time included. 10/10 recommend trying!

1. very glitchy program 2. The biggest issue is its so hard to navigate to pausing your account. the instructions in FAQ dont actually lead you to pause. Thats huge. if i cant pause it on and off at will then the function and convinence isn't there. Any reasonable person would put this on the plan settings page whete you select frequency of meals. they hide it to force you to stay longer.

You logged me out of the app when I went to redeem a $10 gift. And then there was no $10 gift. Very cool. Also, don't use ice packs that require users to travel to a special recycling center as a giant reason to sign up is the inability to travel as much! Discovered I can't log back in, says I need to contact support. Good job.

We REALLY enjoy our FACTOR meals, but if there were 2 suggestions we have... that we as a couple be able to mark who picked what for when they arrive (between the 2 of us, or more) and that the ground meats be ground down well throughout the meal. Sometimes, there are meatballs where there shouldn't be. If I was preparing this myself, it would all be finely chopped. That way, the seasoning penitrates throughout, and I'm not having to chop it down after the fact.

The food so far is actually pretty good, even the shrimp. Protein portion is good. My only complaint is that the vegetable portion needs to be at least 2-3x more in order for it to be worth it for me in the long run. I really really wish they would change that because it's probably the only reason I will need to start searching for another service soon.

The app is non functional. Pages constantly reload so I can't view anything, clicking anything keeps taking me back to the home page, and I cannot add addon's. It's so frustrating. It takes a solid 20 seconds for the apps to open. It wasn't like this a few weeks ago. Pixel 9 Pro

Very good but kind of expensive. Not sure how long I'll go, but they're delish. It just seems like they could be slightly cheaper, or at the least have some high calorie options. Many want to lose weight, but just as many of us do not. 2000 calories isn't enough for all in 3 meals, and I'm not including shakes or drinks or anything like that, just solid foods. I am quite active, and like many others I'm sure, wish there was a "high-calorie" section of foods in, say the 700-900 calorie range

Well, that's disappointing. With the update, I can no longer get in the app - I can't get beyond the black screen with the factor logo. Before, it was ok, although frankly too busy and missing obvious functionality like having a counter for how many meals you've selected. The quality of the food has gone away down from when I used it a few years ago, with the vegetables having zero flavor even if not listed as streamed. You basically get a choice of green beans, broccoli, or zucchini for veg.
