the app is fine but whoever is the young guy answering the phones is awful. He literally hung up on me because apparently listening to customers till they are done talking is too much and no I wasn't shouting at him, literally just asking a question. he kept saying the same bs but apparently me saying no that makes no sense is me interrupting him. so he just hung up on me and lied when I called back saying I must heard. I've used longleys at least once a week for the last 2 years, no more.

Can't complete installation as it won't send me the text for the code, I've re-sent multiple times, but nothing.
