After the lastest update whenever I sign in I'm greeted with an error message "Session expired. Please login again". Logining out and in again keeps giving me the same error. Please fix your app

Terrible app! You can never be successful in submitting a claim. It will get you stuck at the document upload page. No matter how many times we upload the claim supporting documents, it will still be asking for attachment and never proceeds. So fed up of the claim submission.

Terrible chat experience when desperately needed help. Insurance is also not great. They keep rejecting perscriptiins saying "no diagnosis" when there clearly is a diagnosis. They put the customer last making the customer ping pong between clinic and pharmacy.

How do you make the worst app even worse? Nothing works, claims can't be submitted without trying a million times - bank account information disappears. I could go on...

Functionality of this app is quite nice. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a biometric log in option.

Delayed feedback! If the claim is rejected, you will not receive an update. You have to follow up with customer service. Uploaded documents are not screened properly by the team.

The app could not be downloaded. There is good wify, storage available but still downloading gets an error - error goes like this "can't install smart are by cigna".

After sign up, not able to login. Always showi g iser not found. When i try to reset password it is giving exception error. Not showung what is the problem
