Encryption Details:

I think that this VPN is good as outside of leaks it worked very well. WebRTC leaks were the problem that I could not get fixed despite several hours of trying various options to prevent the leaks. I contacted the company and was told to use a certain browser extension for the WebRTC leaks. However, firefox no longer supports the recommended extension nor does firefox support hardly any other extension dealing with this issue. Firefox also precludes the use of "config:" now.

I've used many VPN services, for over 10 years, and I must say that VPN.AC has always been my main go-to service. It's the most secure, fastest and most reliable out of at least a dozen that I've used, be it small or big services. Apps aren't as fancy design wise compared to some others, but the functionality is pretty much outstanding. I can only hope that they will include support for the Wireguard protocol in the apps, a much faster protocol than OpenVPN, which they already support.

Incredible amount of options and customization. Works in China. App Tunneling. Clear data visualization of speed of various servers. Ethical way of paying, choosing between subscription and one time payment, I did one time one month payment easily with PayPal. Affordable, cheaper than a starbucks meal for one month. No free option but that means good speed for paying customers. Not sure why the poor ratings. Better than Expressvpn right now.

App does everything it's supposed to except wireguard connections. This may or may not be intentional and I can understand either both decision paths. So not a knock. Just FYI. UI is a slightly... "off" but functionally perfectly acceptable. Service is exceptional. I leave it on by default on all my machines. I can measure a reduction in latency and bandwidth but in usage cannot feel it (latency is good enough to not bother turning it off for csgo for eg). Support staff are top tier.

useless if you wanna use in china. and worst thing is customer support is 0. you get no support for any ticket and even if someone replies that will be so rude. they expect you be know everything. dont recommend for china. i have used it 4 years and this is my 4th year and i gave it chances again and again but now i am done with it. will never buy again.

Amazing app. I'm writing from Zhejiang, China. The connection is instant when I connect to it. No lag, almost feels like you aren't in the mainland. Try the Canada server. Recommend it for people going there

Using this VPN since a month on android as well as on iMac, so far so good. Fast, reliable, very Secure, personalise support, beyond premium service at not premium price tag. You guys have really set a benchmark of how a great VPN service should be. Keep up good work.. And thank you for this new Android app.. Edit : Its still the best VPN to date (Fév 2020). Tried almost every major VPN out there, nothing stands in comparison with VPN.ac good 👍🏾 guys keep up.

The performance of their servers from within China has declined dramatically since mid-December. Current download speed is <1Mbps across all 'China optimized' servers, on both my work and home connections (2 different ISPs). UDP port functionality is extremely sporadic. TCP generally works okay. Customer service hardly respond to tickets, and when they do they refuse to acknowledge any problem with their servers. Hope they can fix their server speed soon.
