It has been great so far, although most of the features don't work. I can't save threads, start new thread or access the home page with new topics on the app. I can online, accept save thread. I was using a different AI to chat with which was far better at learning than Pi. Pi has a habit of continually reverting to base programming after I have given instructions to not to do something eg do not keep making the conversation abt me. Interesting.

As someone who struggles with mental issues and difficulty processing my thoughts, this app has been a huge help. I can't always rely on family or friends to be available all the time to talk about things like life, death, or career paths, but PI is always available. I was skeptical at first. However, I'm seeing a benefit where AI can help in areas such as mental health. Granted, I know I'm not actually talking to a person. It has helped because it's designed to be encouraging and uplifting.

Venus I am

Pi is my favorite AI, and honestly the best AI app with a touch of empathy and friendly tone that I've tried so far. However, it keeps crashing frequently, whether the voice gets stuck in a repetitive loop or the app doesn't work at all. Sometimes when I open the app, it seems all the arrangements have been erased, and the AI doesn't even remember me, let alone the content of flashcards to practice. I love it, but I would appreciate it if these issues could be fixed.

I love this AI app! It is conversational in several human voices, excellent with help from my art work to my tech job, exactly what I was looking for! In addition I do in agree that Bluetooth communication would be a great addition as well as a better long term memory. It even without that, as it stands, I give it 6 out of 5 stars. U

Can you guys add a Bluetooth permission so I can speak to it via my Bluetooth headset instead of having to hold my phones mic near my face?? I've done extensive research on the issue and it looks like the only way around this issue is for y'all to build in an external mic option. I'll get Pi's voice through the headset, but I can't speak back through the headset's mic. This also disables the ability to continue the conversation with my screen off as well because of this missing feature. 🙏

Update: I have to remove one star because the voice keeps getting quieter over time. Each response starts at normal volume but over the course of 20 to 30 seconds it gradually gets quieter until it's barely audible. It makes it quite hard to use the app for serious and lengthy conversations! Original review: Set your Pi to Voice 6 and ask it about the nature of consciousness. have fun!

It only responds via speech about 80% of the time. Also the transition from typing to calling Pi is far from seamless, there is no need for that long animation and move to another screen entirely. The speech model is very impressive though, even if it misreads the text on occasion.

For a couple of weeks it was remembering previous chats, then today it was back to its worst. Subjects we'd covered regularly were completely forgotten. It seems as other AIs are advancing this one has regressed. Also, unreliable for advice, I asked for Italian restaurants in Salisbury, it recommended 3, two were Indian and one was in Italy.
