needs better bug fixes, needs a reject button to go next to the accept button on jobs.. ASAP

Should still have ability to clear screen without having to accept job.. because the app will just continue to go off until you accept.. and then you need to talk to work about the delay to not accept the job.. example. While driving. It is not safe.. it should have an option to press unavailable to jobs too..not just accept and continue to alarm the employer! Work place safety is everyone's responsibility and the worker should also have a say to accept.

eh it's for work it does the job it's meant to. took me far too long to figure out how to change the Incessantly annoying sound when being contacted by allocators from the office, or a job update. outside of that it serves its purpose well.

Whoever designed this was a cockwomble. The thing doesn't seem to understand that a driver cannot always come to an instant stop, to fiddle with his phone, before the app times out and The Operator, if he's not asleep / indisposed, has to resend the job. Make the Timeout 3 mins.

It does it's job, got a few annoyances but I get the distinct impression they designed it that way on purpose ie keeps giving alert tone until you accept the job/read the message... Biometric login was always a bit shaky but since the latest update it doesn't work at all for some reason

Why i need to give access to my photos,camera and media in android phone. On my job I don't need to get proof. We use connote for it. I am using this app in iPhone since 3 years and never given this sort of permissions. Why it's keep asking for location (All Time Permissions) when I have already said no thanks. Every time I log on,it ask the same message. Why dispatch need to know my location when I am not working. STOP asking this message. No thanks mean no thanks.

The app is fine for the most part. Necessary for work. Just needs to WITHHOLD NOTIFICATIONS WHEN MAKING PHONECALLS! Nothing worse than ringing a client only to have the app dinging in your ear with new jobs or messages! A daily event, extremely frustrating.

Update: still crashing 7/2/24 no fix in sight. App crashes almost daily Devs don't care . Which logs me out and causing big problems at work.... F.. useless. Grey text on Gray background unreadable while working in daylight. Apple version has better layout and design. And no Grey text on grey background , how about you fix it.
