I’m really disappointed with the Upick Voting App. It’s buggy and crashes way too often, making it almost unusable. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly at all. It takes forever to load, and the voting results seem inaccurate and unreliable. Also, the app lacks basic features like notifications or an easy way to track previous votes. Overall, it's frustrating to use, and I wouldn't recommend it.

It's the worst app for voting . I had issues while voting on this app . It lag's so much and sometimes doesn't even count votes . Does not load the pages , it will log you out of your account , can't login , full of bugs . Always freezes whenever I cast my vote . Its' a headache , don't waste your time on this app . Regretting after downloading it . Totally a trash app .

This app is nothing but problems. It would constantly freeze and crash. During voting for the heart dream awards, the app would not respond and many people could not vote. When suspicious voting activity was detected nothing was done to address the issue. Finally, an ad that was voted on by fans was changed without notice. It is clear that the developers do not have the resources or ethics to be a voting app of choice moving forward.

one thing i could say, DISRESPECTFUL. Literally to the most popular and the best group? You guys even thinking? Nuh uh. I don't recommend this. Also, It's not only that. The app lags so much and crash sometimes like? you have the budget, at least fix that🙄 There's a lot of ads so you can literally fix it. STOP BEING DISRESPECTFUL TOO.

Another unreliable and useless app. Many of the features can't function properly and it always crash everytime I used it. And recently I found out that the app is very biased and initiate harmful purpose to some artist associated with the app. Not recommended, and if you used this app, better to uninstall it.

a pain in the a$$ to login, I ALWAYS have to try multiple times before it logs in. i also regularly get ERRORS : -when voting: it freezes or says 'not enough votes' -& I regularly get pop ups saying 'unauthorized access' despite using the app PROPERLY (no VPNs, bots or weird tricks). & I'll STOP using upick bc they removed SUGA of BTS, when all he did was drunk driving for 500M on an electric kickboard on a sidewalk at LOW speed! at least WAIT for the outcome of the prosecution?!?

The app interface is very confusing, the colors are not matching and it's disappointing knowing how much you are gaining with votings. I hope Upick can have a better team to design how the app should look like because as of the moment it looks like one of those app that scams people and promise things that they can't give. I think how the app appears mirrors how Upick management look like, inconsistent, dull and biased.

The Upick app is one way to gain authority for us kpop fans. By completing the tasks, we can obtain votes to support them. But unfortunately, the platform look quite unmaintained for unnecessary lagging issues and even getting rewards are as hard as to win the olympics. The voting currently is biased and some issues need attention ASAP.
