Using this app with the associated hardware has been a smooth experience for the most part. I have 2 feature requests. Please make a night mode. I often cycle at night due to triple digit temperatures during the Texas summer. Please also have the map auto zoom to an appropriate size to accurately see where my fellow riders are. I ride with minor family members and want to keep track of them in case they need assistance.

Installing the app froze our phones when connecting bluetooth to nunchucks, I had to restart). Large parts of the day coms worked & it was amazing. At times we had bad cell service and it didn't work (just a limitation/not a product or app issue). However, the app was rough: not showing people in party, muting was flaky at times (try to mute but won't), music sound level/quality even after app is closed and nunchucks turned off. When on mute I still want to hear the party chat. UPGRADE PLEASE!!

I wanted to give a well deserved positive review as the app publisher has been pushing out constant updates and bug fixes. The app did work fantastic yesterday when my wife and I tried both communicating with an open party line. We really enjoyed being able to easily talk no matter where we were skiing in the mountain while easily muting when on the lift together. It just worked as expected. Keep up the great work and improving.

When this is working it's fine but there is some sort of bug which causes the microphone to be muted. When this happens the assistant can no longer hear you and calls will pick up with the mic muted. If you are using the chat room that allows you to talk without pushing a button it will show you as muted but there is no way to unmute. Sometimes even closing the app will not fix it and I have to reboot my phone.

Save your time and money. The audio quality reminded me of my first Sony Walkman from the early '90s. The app couldn't detect the device that was already connected to the phone. Unpaired and repaired the speakers, and the app connected, but would not finalize the connection. I wasn't set on fire during this disappointment, and it was easy to put everything back in the packaging to return. Two stars.

Have not tried these on the slopes yet, but the app olny shows the battery level at a max of 92% even when fully charged, plus the battery level never goes down while using the app unless you disconnect the headphones and reconnect. Not sure what the issue is . . . and customer service is not very quick to respond. Customer service also has no live chat or phone number. It's only thru email.

Navigated over from Aleck GO and this works equally bad. Screen timed out during OTA update and now it says it can't be done(fixed this issue by clearing data and cache if anyone is looking for this solution) Now after having to restart over and over on iphone I have my wife's working. However, now I can't pause music without actually pausing it on the phone which again defeats the hands off purpose of this set.

Poor - the firmware update is a major issue - it does not work with windows 11. What happened to plug and play ? This must have been rushed to market because the update processed is ill-conceived. The code Poorly written and instructions are from Youtube video - I would not buy this product. They did it on the cheap and it shows
