My primary problem with this app is that there is no initial setting to save your backups to internal or external memory. Your only choice is to a GDrive account, then download it back to your storage system. That would've gotten it 2-3 stars. However, the ads are so intrusive that I could barely evaluate it without hating it from the start. I pay for good software, but even the best software works like junk under these many ads.

Like most of these so-called backup programs this also fails to indicate where the directories are, where the files are going to be saved to, and what files are going to be backed up. Instead it's the usual checkbox for apps and checkbox for contacts etc., but if you have a file like perhaps a word document you spent a bunch of time editing somewhere on your phone seriously I doubt this would back it up. One star.

The application works great now and I do enjoy it but a second issue has come to light, when I try to do cloud login it just says log in fail can't log in. Please fix this

Unfortunately I find frequent difficulties in entering and accessing the cloud server, after loading some of my files, the files are inaccessible after several attempts, As well as unable to upload other files with a messege : upload failed , this is not a good experience compared to similar apps! If these problems are corrected I'll give 5 star…

No response to my emails! I've contacted the developer like asked to do with my issue of not being able to save my backups to google cloud because the app isn't loading Google. We exchanged 3 emails which they said it was fixed then I responded back and told them it wasn't fixed even sent a screen recording showing it wasn't then they didn't respond back. ( No response se to my email )

Seemed super simple and easy to choose what you wanted backed up and such. It apparently saved to Google Drive... Several times the app asked which file I wanted to save to/from - these were OLD files or ones I wasn't using. Then there seemed to be no data or information even backed up?? Confusing and non-user friendly. Uninstalled.

Deceptive, automatically has a 3rd party subscription checked to another service when signing up. Also the app has no way to differentiate between SD card storage and internal storage and is difficult to use. Also it is full of pop up ads that are also deceptive and lead you to believe an ad is an action you selected within the app. Would give 0 stars if i could. I uave no idea how this app is rated over 4 stars

Has no settings! No way to choose to backup to device's external memory (sd card)! No way to choose ANYTHING AT ALL!! App will ONLY attempt to backup ANYTHING/EVERYTHING to a Google Drive account so if the user doesn't have one or if their account is too full or if they just DO NOT WANT TO UPLOAD ALL OF THEIR BACKUPS TO THEIR LIMITED DRIVE ACCOUNT then THIS APP CANNOT BE USED!! This is the very worst, most user-UNFRIENDLY app of its kind I have tried yet & it's the 9th one I have tried!!
