Invoice date is wrong. I had to call the customer service to get the correct invoice via email. Also, there should be an option to download the invoice on my phone. For few weeks I can't log back in. I am always seeing I have to wait thousands of seconds for the otp. If this is the service customers have to get from app, they will switch to physical shop or other services.

Unbelievably bad. Tried to buy a ticket on 16th and the app completely messed up - bought a ticket on 15th. After seeing this, i tried to cancel the ticket. Surprise surprise, you can't cancel the ticket unless it's 24hrs before the journey, you'll have to contact customer service to cancel or migrate the ticket. I called them, SURPRISE again, they'll not change or even migrate the ticket. So, my 1000bucks is gone just like that. No cancellation service whatsoever. What a disgusting experience.

The app is way buggy. Everytime I tap to select my preferred bus service after selecting my destination, the app just gets frozen. And the worst part is, I've been facing the same problem again and again for last 5 months at least. Why you got to build an 20 mb app when it is full of bugs?

used to be good but now it's garbage. I tried to open it but every time it says no internet connection. please check your connection. it's a bug and they didn't fix it even though I informed them several times.

It's always showing "No internet connection" why??? didn’t cut off my internet any time. I did off and ON. i tried several times but i doesn’t work at all. so disappointing

They are fraud. This app doesn’t work properly. It has many bugs. I used this app and cheated. There customs care survice is very worst. If you buy tickets and face problems their customs service won’t do good behave with you. Stay away from this. Otherwise you will be cheated!!

Very bad service.attempted minimum 20 times to buy my bus ticket but their did not provide to select location.notging to use like app. need to be more professional. Robi axiata seems they made their app and in a sleep mood now! Really much disappointed!
