Great, reliable way to find out if a product is fake. Wonderful effort. Only drawback is, that if the product is fake, it doesn't throw up the customer care details (understandable, but it kind of defeats the purpose of that particular feature).

3 stars for efforts being made to bring this app, but, it has to go long way to provide meaningful information. So many fields are blank . Date of Expiry is blank, as it is often changed by vendors esp in online purchase of products ,it must be there . Most of the time , incomplete info about product . its more about manufacture details and less about product . Needs aggressive content updation .

Hi, This app is a good initiative. Please keep on working on this application as it will be useful for the consumers. I would like to share my comments for this app. 1.As of now i tried scanning the bar code with two to three branded consumer products for which i got the manufacturer name alone. Rest of the details were blank. 2. Adding the QR CODE scanner in the app will be more useful as the app contains bar code scanning alone which is not present in medicines (tablets).

literally nothing shows after scanning.. maybe i scanned the wrong products but the team still has lots of work to do all the sections were blank and It didn't help me as a consumer at all. please improve, let me know, and ill download and check again. thnx

Mostly the data is missing. If the data is always missing for most of the products then there is no point in creating such app. Also how will this app identify real or fake product just by scanning the barcode? If the fake product also uses just one original barcode/gtin in all the fake products, in that case always this app is going to show as original. Total wastage of government and taxpayers money which has been used in creating such useless app. Please spend this money and resources in some good cause.

I downloaded this after reading about it and it sounded like something that would come in handy since i purchase alot of makeup online but.... everything i have scanned comes up with NOTHING!!! no info about products at all. What a disappointment 😠

The intention of the app is good but it defeats the purpose as most of details does not appear after scanning the code. It only gave me product name and nothing else. I would suggest to include only those products which has all the information.

I am scanning for any product and app is showing patanjali product only which i used around 3 months ago. I deleted app and installed again and still same results. I believe app is having bugs which need to be fixed.
