Access your favorite music from different sources including microSD card and switch audio sources wirelessly. The iRoar Go is an amazing little portable speaker! For those having problems with the app, search "iroar go firmware update" and use a PC connection to update with the most recent firmware. Problem solved (at least for me). Also, make sure to unpair or disable any bluetooth connections while updating the firmware. Updating mine failed until I figured that out. ;)

It finds my device, but refuses to connect to it. It claims that the device is in use, but it is only in use with the phone that has the app on it. Which is why it will not connect. I am using Android Pie on the Pixel 2 XL. Contacted customer service, and they told me an update will be released soon that will possibly solve the issue. That was a months ago. This happens on the Creative Muvo 2, Outlier ONE, and Outlier ONE Plus.

w/OUTLIER ONE PLUS: disappointing lack of functionality: can't do ANYTHING to control the display-less onboard MP3 player, except choose current track via phone... no % battery indicator or time left,no playlist creation or editing, no EQ far as i can tell, not even a volume control???? NEEDS: mp3 management, playlist control, volume/EQ, "hide track" function to temporarily un-queue stuff on onboard storage etc... also, no help, had to google pairing instructions wth??? GREAT DEVICE, HORRID APP

Used to work great however now, on my note 8, it just keeps saying device in use and wont let me control my katana at all. I can connect through the BT menu on my phone and stream music, but it wont let me control it thought the app. Update: a firmware update fixed my issue, however the software on my PC was supposed to keep my firmware updated so im still unhappy about it, but at least it works again.

Hi folks. I like your iRoar Go speakers. One thing I would like to bring your attention to. You receive a lot of bad reviews because people can't connent to their devices. The reason is because you neet to update the firmware on the device beforehand. Please, add this to the description of the app itself. This will resolve a lot of problems for the customers. The firmware from the factory is really old. Thanks!

I'm using this app with Creative Chrono. 1. It's impossible to choose a radio channel as alarm sound when setting alarm on the device. 2. In the app I can only choose the alarm to repeat once. Alarms created on tje device repeat everyday by default. 3. It's impossible to choose the volume of the alarm. 4. It's impossible to create more than 1 alarm. I end up creating the alarm on the device, and then I edit it with the app, which is a bit silly routine.

This app is just perfect except for one reason. I've connected my iROAR Go through Bluetooth, and music playback was OK. However, there was a problem. It kept saying "your device is in use, touch to connect to it". So any features are unavailable. In "Connect to Device", it kept saying "disconnected". That is the main reason I give 3 stars. Hope you can fix this soon!

I recently bought an iRoar Go and was excited to use the EQ Feature. Sadly the App is a Mess. I couldent pair the Speaker from withing the App, and when pairing using the Android(9) UI directly, the Device is shown as disconnected in the App even though I can play Audio from other Services. Creative really needs to fix some Bugs, the iRoar Go is out since 2016 and the App still dosent work, this is really embarrasing,. Strangely i never had a Problem with their Audio Interface Software which works just fine.
