This app used to be much better. Now the rewards offered for the amount of time are a joke. 0.75 points for 15 minutes? Really? Who does those? And worst of all, 9 times out of 10, the surveys will run fine for a while but then after 10 minutes or more of filling them out, i get an error message and then it just goes away or it waits way too long to tell me i am disqualified. Don't waste your time. Deleting this now.

The login didn't work on the app, works only on the website. Even after multiple iterations, the tech team is not able to find a solution.

Getting worse. Real example of what just hapoened. Clicked to do a 12 min survey, spent 10 minutes answering no end of qualifying questions to be given a survey that's 32 minutes long. Get 10 minutes into it and told "not suitable". Probably because I didn't know enough about the brand they wanted me to. So 20 minutes for 25 points. Getting worse every time I use it, so naturally now using less and less.

Can't login since last update and surveys never work on this App. Website works fine but this app is useless

Completely useless as it simply doesn't work! Surveys appear but will never launch, just get the "busy" rotating circle for a couple of seconds then back to the list of available surveys. Refreshing the screen sometimes adds or subtracts from the list of surveys but none will ever launch. Reinstalling and altering options makes no difference. Works via the website.

All around great app. What more can you ask for, surveys for monetary value in the form of gift cards or subscriptions. It truly can't be easier. If I really wanted to make one complaint, I wish for a range in takeaways. The last year my surveys havnt surpassed 4$(on average its $1-4.5). Also it would be nice to offer more incentives (like the increased offer payouts, that was great).

I'm loving the convenience of this app. I've been a member of e-Rewards for around 15 years and my account has remained active. Although, my level of participation has significantly decreased throughout the years. Which wasn't due to lack of interest, e-Rewards is a legitimately rewarding panel. Since learning then downloading the app, I'm once again a fully engaged member. The app portrays the same professionalism as it's website; no crashes or error messages, and on point push notifications.

Completely useless. Whichever survey I click on I just get sent to a page saying "Unexpected Error (SFC). Unfortunately the link you received is not valid. We apologise for the inconvenience." However, when I close the app and go to the website instead I'm able to access the same surveys quickly and easily without any difficulty. In other words, yet another company who just don't understand that the point of apps is to make it MORE convenient for users than visiting their website - NOT LESS! 👎
