They still haven't responded and dont respond for tech support. Quality is good you don't have to pay extra to use some of the add-ons that they offer. It doesnt list the phone# or contact which it recorded. You have to surf all the recordings to find the one u want to keep before deleting them. You can email the recording or share it with somebody which is very useful. Overall this is a good app. Support Sucks! Im looking for a differant app.

Used to be great. Sometime around middle of 2019 it quit working. Existing saved recordings say they are corrupted and won't play. No names come up on called ID, just "unknown" caller. And to bust my back, it seems to be recording but you can't hear anything from either end of the call. Useless app now. I have tried many changes that didn't help.

Does almost everything I need but can't save to SD card and can't pause a call when listening to it. As I need to make notes from calls this would save me valuable time. Edit. I have changed my phone and this app no longer records the calls. I am pretty sure it is an issue with the upgraded Android that I am now on. I'm gutted that I can no longer use it as it worked fine for the more than 3 and a half years I was using it. Hopefully the developers will be able to sort this glitch out.

Very good App, it is also free, when I make or receive a call the speaker turns on automatically and when I play it back I can hear myself and the other side clearly, but now I love it even more after the update, the speaker doesn't turn on automatically and I can play the call back and hear my voice and the other side clearly, there is 2 problems started April 2019, 1. caller ID isn't working all calls show unknown. 2. still record calls from the ignore list, fix it please

It's a wonderful app, but the only issue I have is the caller name as saved on my phone doesn't show nor identify the phone numbers that called. The call recorder is perfect, infact, yet to see a better one but for the caller details. Pls work on this so we may be able to identify the recorded audio through the phone numbers instead of having to go through listening to the saved audio files before one can identify the recorded audios. Nonetheless, great app you have built kudos guys. Thanks

I love this app, The recorded voices are super clear from yourself as well as the caller. You can also set up an ignore list for people you don't want to record, but it doesn't always work correctly. Only thing that would make this phone app better is if it came with a button that pops up when a call is coming in that you press and it won't record that caller.

Sorry about this. When I go to the playback list, select the file and press 'play,' what I don't hear is the the call recording. What I DO hear are the sound tracks of the advertisements and on at least one occasion it was this and my own voice live. The troubleshooting part doesn't help with resolving this problem. That's why 2 stars. Advise a fix an I'll be happy to change the rating.

My mother and I had a deeply meaningful coaching call using this app...a few weeks later, she passed away. I tried to pull up the call, so I could listen to her voice again and the app said all my recordings were "deleted or damaged". My app settings have all my recordings stored externally, yet the recordings are nowhere to be found. Tragically disappointing...if anyone knows how to or if I can recover these recordings, I would really appreciate it.
