Worst App Ever. This app is absolutely terrible when it comes to user experience. Every time I try to forward a video, it either freezes or starts playing from the very beginning. It's so frustrating! Instead of letting me skip to the part I want, the app constantly glitches and either gets stuck or forces me to watch everything again from the start. The developers clearly don't care about fixing these issues.

I'm using etv win from last one year and subscribed too. Price also reasonable. But there are so many flaws in this app. 1) In mobile we won't get full screen. 2) In TV's we can't forward the scenes, it takes a lot of time. 3) Where we stop the content it won't resume. This is biggest disadvantage. 4) Sound: Dialogues part getting with less volume but bgm part getting more sound. There is no proper balancing. 5) Etv has biggest movie library but the content is not available in app. Very limited

Hi I noticed three issues after latest update First issue : Latest version is not allowing me to download and watch offline,I took premium package mainly because of this feature,now that's missing. Second issue : I find issue in my profile it is not taking correct month if you give month 10 for October it is taking/showing September and third issue important one while watching movie or tv show every 15 minutes it's crashing that time I resume the show/movie again and restart.

Hi Team Until the recent app update ,I had good experience with the app in terms of content and streaming. After the last update ,download option is jot visible Why the download option is removed in latest version ? Can we expect it to be available in next update ? Accordingly we can renew the subscription, else you might be loosing good chunk of subscribers . As a great admirer of Etv from childhood,request to look into making offline streaming available .

I have purchased this app for my parents, I installed in my Samsung 24 ultra and my amazon firetv stick. In my mobile it's working fine but in my firetv stick it was super lag. It working even in google tv, but I tried to install in my VU premium tv it's having android tv os 10, here after installed Etv win app and the app not opening when click open it close automatically. Yesterday I raised issue here I got reply as issue fixed and need to un install and install again. But same issue, Fix ASAP

Even after taking premium subscription, we cannot download the video to watch offline, infact the sizes of video download are the largest than any other ott platforms. Its not worthy to buy subscription again. And lastly the content is about 5-10% only when compared to any other otts. And also no resume option on this platform so we always waste our internet to drag to the resume point. I will give 0 stars.

In this app, there is no option for downloading new movie for watching offline...it's big disappointment for me.., as i have other OTT subscriptions where I can download all type (new & old) of movies for watching offline ... Not satisfied with this feature in this app...

One of the worst app I ever seen I never expected this kind of service frm etv I am facing so many issues I paid 499 for one year subscription but playing only one screen and one more big issue screen ..playing only small screen no full screen option didn't play full screen I don't want this type of service immediately solve my issues otherwise refund my money
