I have an account App is slow and unresponsive. I have an account and app is slow to display history. Sometimes app stops responding or hangs in update status! Doesn't consistently display packages sent to me and doesn't allow selecting favorites. When does allow it (selecting favorite), selection does not stick. App is useless.

Home page 'On the way' box is always 0, so that doesn't work. You have to tap the slide over Menu and tracking before you actually load any information and list shipments. Then how do you rate the delivery? 'How was your delivery?' with 5 stars underneath - tap on the star of choice has never functioned as long as I've had the app with 3 past phones. The stuff I need to work, doesn't work. Event Center Memphis and Football Field Landover and you can't give your customers a better app than this?

Every time I open the app and I know a package is on the way, I have to spend several minutes refreshing the screen to get it to show me the tracking info. Plus when I open the tracking page for a given shipment, it always asks me to set notifications which I set previously. The filters won't stick after setting them either, it always shows 0 packages on the way even though one is. The app used to work well but has degraded a LOT in the past year. I use a browser more now instead

I have tried to update push notifications w/ the past (2) updates to the app & it hasn't worked either time. Tracking summary & delivery details show not the same on each but 2 different delivery updates which says something is askew or someone needs some lessons. But outside the app the rating is just the same because I have yet to receive a pkg on time from FedEx. This past X-mas season not 1 but 2 times they delivered apparently to the wrong address & I still haven't gotten the 3rd replacemen

This is the worst delivery tracking app I have ever used. Nothing is organized intuitively. It consistently lags, has many bugs and glitches, and lacks several basic tracking features. The tracking information that it does display is often vague or incorrect, and sometimes it completely omits the packages it should be tracking. None of this is surprising. FedEx overall has been in a steady decline for years. This app is exactly the sort of unprofessionalism that I've come to expect from them.

There's no point in tracking your packages. "Out for delivery" doesn't even actually mean it's on the truck, apparently. I went to FedEx Ground, and they told me it's still on the trailer unloaded. Save space on your phone if you just need it to track your packages. The information isn't even correct. Instead of changing the status to delayed, they just update it to out for delivery each day until they feel like getting around to loading and delivering it.

Clunky, broken features. The app takes a long time to load. Push notifications don't work. The delivery dashboard has zeroes in all boxes, including On The Way, while my packages are enroute. Only when one package was out for delivery did the dashboard show a 1 in the corresponding box. The filters don't work and don't persist. Except for this app, FedEx delivery is great.

Always inaccurate. I know we have bad weather at times and updates should go with that. I have several packages that is supposed to be delivered today as the app says but one 1 of them is showing it in my local area. People depend on these apps to be updated correctly. Some packages that are expected are very important and could be critical to someone's life. Get better information.
