This app used to be perfect, but now it won't open. I haven't been able to get it open since before 5/24/21. I've submitted this feedback multiple ways and times and no response, no fix. Terrible support at this point. Still looking for resolution.

This app is literally a joke, like did they even bother try doing and unit testing or QA, it just doesn't work and layout is terrible. The website version is just as difficult but at least it works!

Love this app. Reminders for appointments, when Rx are due for refill and ready. Allows you to to schedule appointment. and email your doctor. Just about everything you need to do besides actually seeing the doctor can be done on this app

Terrible app! Always have to reset password just to use app even though it is accurate. NO customer service either. Henry Ford is really decresisng in patient service and this is the latest proof of that.

Not what I thought it was. Thought I could use this app to pull up my prescription list from my portal, and have them transferred over to a pharmacy of my choice.
