Code failed to work during a transaction. The app and website has far too many pop ups. In order to get vouchers etc you have to buy gift cards through the app. As a workplace rewards service I don't want to have to spend money to get rewards. The app and website is half made, a couple of parts of the site redirect you to a login screen, after logging in again it takes you back to the login screen. I will not be bothering with this waste of time of an app in future.

Literally unusable with two factor authentication. If you switch apps to authenticate, perkbox will throw you back to the home screen. You will then need to log in again endlessly in a loop. Edit 20/04/2024: They have since fixed up the login, but the app is still literally unusable. It freezes on the home menu, some how doing so poorly that it freezes up the rest of the phone too and it takes a few seconds to kill the app. They have also replaced credited points with temp points: a big scam.

Good start but needs some more work to become userfriendly. In the wellness section it was great to be able to use search words like 'gong' or 'kid'. As well, it was great to have a Favourite possibly, to save the music or meditation I use often. Instead I have to search in length to return to the same one again and again. Thanks.

Looks to be loads of good discounts available. So the product is good. The app is appalling. Extremely poor UX design, difficult to navigate, searching for something of interest doesn't work well, the main My Perks section uses a random icon that doesn't even look like a button. Overall appalling design of the app brings down a good product. As of recently I can't seem to buy any perks. The PayPal option doesn't show up anymore and when I try card payment the UI hangs.

Great App, loving the perks! However every single time I open it and select "Perks" I am instantly logged out. And I then have to go to my password manager, because this is apparently the only app were autofill doesn't even recognise it having fields... It makes it incredibly frustrating when going to use a perk in a store as you have to ask the staff to wait a moment while you faff around to get your perk.

Great idea but please work on these things: Very difficult to navigate the app. 'Find perks near me' doesn't work. When you view a perk then click back, it takes you all the way back to start of search and you have to search and refine all over again. Not many refine options either so you still have a massive long list to scroll through. You can't refine by type of offer or amount of discount either. Under 'perksgo' there are no refinement options, just a huge list. So frustrating!

It's a useful service as it provides good discounts and it can be helpful with money saving. I wouldn't call it easy to use though, as the payment process can be complicated in a lot of cases, but in some cases it will provide a simple discount code. The app itself (not unlike the web page) is laggy. Personally, I have an issue with staying logged in as well as it's logging me off even while using the app, but not sure is it an overlooked bug or a wider issue with the service 🤷‍♂️

I have never found Perkbox to be at all useful. Most of these "exclusive perks" are available if you go straight to the brand's themselves, making Perkbox a glorified advertising platform you have to pay for The very few perks that caught my attention didn't even work, the discounts wouldn't apply and I double checked the terms and conditions of the offer
