Using a one-time app installation, your issues are resolved in a secure way.The remote control feature in HelpDesk Host app requires Accessibility permissions to enable a technician to remotely view and control your device for enhanced experience.
Using the Android OS accessibility API, the app grants the technician remote control access of the device with your permission. It does not collect any personal and sensitive data.
You need to enable the app under the Accessibility settings on your Android device.
RemotePC applies the highest security standards to your connections,ensuring you are always in control of granting access to your device and
establishing or ending sessions.
We display the technician name and email address and encourage everyone to verify the technician's identity before granting access to any device to ensure your security.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, this is an app hackers use to take over your phone, steal your info and your money. Trust me I know... I thought I was calling Amazon support line, somehow they intercepted that call and got all my info... They'll tell you they're using it to send info to managers.. 3 different ones in my case... As soon as they tell you they fixed your issues they hang up, when you try to call back the number no longer works... I've contacted police, my banks, FBI

Worst experience ever! This is the worst scam!!! They pretended to be Ebay Support and got into my Cashapp and sent $210 dollars to a "manager." After they said they'd "fix my issue," they hung up, and it was never fixed and scammed me out of $210.

This app was used to almost scam me on Facebook marketplace...scam sends you an alert that your account has been reported as suspicious and suspended. You follow the link and people with East Indian accents begin to instruct you to download this app to give them access to the inner workings of your phone... DON'T DO IT!!! IT'S A SCAM!!! Thank God it just did not feel right and I have spent my afternoon ensuring that they can't rip me off.

Bet sure but I think these people are there and this is I literally got the number from Facebook itself and might actually be a scam and if they end up being the case I will sue Facebook and this app

This app opens a portal to scammers that wants your information such as checking account photo ID etc

Scam portal. Maker comments here often say "download the latest version which displays technician id" but this is either false or meaningless; we got the latest version, saw no such Id, which wouldn't matter anyway as the scammer gave us a fake id number anyway, why would a second one help when the scammers using this aren't at the company they claim to be? Unless there is a way to sue the scammers, or the makers of the helpdesk app, a random Id code means nothing.
