Data collection will end once the study is complete, but you can stop it at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. However, if you uninstall the app and exit the study before completion, this will prevent you from receiving the full participation reward.

At first I didn't receive my payment right away, so I was concerned. After a couple months it paid. Sometimes it switches around the payment schedule, but have been receiving payments for over 1 1/2 years. It has totaled around $400 in earnings for the program I was invited for. As for slowing down my devices, non-existent. My devices work just as seamlessly as before.

I really don't understand how this app has got so many bad reviews - I've had the Ipsos app installed and been participating in the programme for years and have never had a problem - sometimes the app gets a little glitch but it's always easy to sort out (even when it comes to uninstalling and reinstalling) and every now and again the rewards have been a little late but they ALWAYS come through in the end 😉 The team are always pleasant in their contacts - I'm more than happy! Recommended 🙂 Xx

Would not recommend at all. Have tried to uninstall it multiple times from my PC after the 'rewards' offered were never given, and it won't uninstall. Tried contacting them multiple times at the email address provided for support and it never goes through. Will now have to spend money to get a professional to remove it from my hard drive. Although it has all the appearances of being legit, it looks like it's an expensive (to remove) scam.

App shuts down unexpectedly on a regular basis. When it runs it does not impact the operation of my phone. Update: App is shutting down several times a day. Several weeks ago I sent an email to the address on this page but have received no response. Not much use being in the program if the tools don't work properly!

Terrible experience using this through Asking Canadians. Their communication is horrendous and they don't notify you when you can uninstall the app and I have not recieved points owed for months. The app itself is a disaster and causes freezes and hang ups in many other apps and also significantly drains battery life

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. regardless of what's described, MediaLink definitely messes up other apps. It uses a large amount of data and it drains the battery very quickly. Never received any points. I wish I could give 0 stars...

Occasionally it crashes, but nowhere near the point of being unusable. ultimately, i signed up for Ipsos and it works

I love this, we have been monitored all the time, why not to get paid for it. Customer service is great as well. Very quick to response. No delivery charge, I had to return something that was free as well. 5*
