I'm concerned about the recent approval of the Jawwy 2.0 software. Could you clarify the criteria used for testing and planning its migration? The application is significantly slower than before and experiences functionality issues even when the Jawwy data package isn’t balance isn't available. Previously,it was performing well without these limitations. Additionally, the app’s user experience is far from user-friendly. I strongly recommend a thorough review and, if necessary, an immediate halt.

This app has been one of the worst experiences I've had. The interface is confusing and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to use. It frequently crashes and lags, which only adds to the disappointment. To make matters worse, the customer support is unresponsive and provides generic, unhelpful responses.

There is no way to share data between numbers. The sim I bought to make as secondry sim has more control than the master sim. No support provided. They don't asnwer calls or reply to chats. I will try to complain to CITC and if still not resolved, I will move back to STC. Pathetic service by Jawwy.

Extremely disappointed with the user experience and performance of this app. It feels like it wasn’t even tested before release. The app is sluggish, unresponsive, and lacks the polish you'd expect from a production release. It’s hard to believe this was deemed ready for end users. I hope the developers prioritize thorough testing and performance improvements before releasing future updates. This app has potential, but in its current state, it’s frustrating to use.

There is no flex, social and international minutes bundles. Initially used to give good offers. But that's not the case anymore. Jawwy can't compete with the market nowadays. I will change my review when I found good offers like other operators gives these days For example, I activated zain flex 139 with 50% discount applied on it. So for 69 SR I got 55gb + unlimited Social + 1500 flex minutes.

This is worst app jawwy 1 was better. When I recharge it money did not come to my wallet in jawwy 2.0. after some time money came but when I recharged it my plan did not come. When I called customer service they didn't pick the call😠

Worst app ever in my life. They took 4 days to migrate. After migration, I can't log in. Now, more than 4 days, I can't use it. Try to call customers service, but they are not attending calls. Raise complain via digital channels. I entered the link to check the complain status, but they removed the page.... They don't deserve any star..
