really pathetic service. After getting my reservation finalised, I went to their office and after wasting 45 minutes I was told that I need to make a security deposit of 2000 in order to get the car I reserved

I have taken a car rent from here, I returned the car without any damages, but they didn't return my deposit amount, I got email that my deposit refund processed, but actually.not. Don't go for this ok mobility

Made a booking and its not visible in the app anymore. I hope that I still can use the fast track without the app and with just the email. There is also no possibility to search in the app for reservations you've made.

can't copy paste cc, app won't allow population of google pay cc number. app sucks. if it wasn't for the discount I would not use the app

Strongly not recommend to use this company. We had to cancel our order and wanted to back our money. Representative of company in airport of Milan said that they definitely do this, but we have to refer to service center. So, 4 days we can't contact them. Nobody answers our letters or phone calls.

This app urgently needs amending! First struggle was to find the language setting, as I don't speak Spanish. Pressed the figure at the bottom right and found the wheel for settings. Set my language and then tapped on OK Team, as I thought that's where to login. It didn't let me, showed me my email or password is wrong. No, it isn't. However, it didn't let me fill in my details (which I then did via Chrome) and it doesn't show my booking. All I get is a blank, grey screen.
