this app used to be flawless but for some time now I'm not able to connect to my hub/devices using mobile data when in not connected to my home network via WiFi. is there a work around/fix for this? the app is stuck saying logging in... but nothing happens. give it a few minutes and it says error, cannot content it something along those lines. hope someone can help! thank you.

This device was pain since the begging and after I see the app has been updated since like 10 year is still didn't get any better. My hub is blinking yellow, the phone is on top of it. Tried to connect to my wifi. After reading the manual, that you meant to connect to it's own wifi I tried that. It's a fail, always. Any time, every time.

Please add "night mode" or configurable colour above and below video feed when viewing in portrait mode. Samsung s8 pie 1ui update crashes imediantly. Very unstable at this time. Works fine on Apple. Please fix this asap. Sent in multiple feedback messages. Also, why does it need location to be on for it to even open the app? Our 2 yr experience overall has been more dissatisfying than satisfying.

This monitoring system has so much potential. It has all the features you want in a security system and more. However, connecting through your cell phone signal is nearly impossible. There's no rhyme or reason but it works whenever it wants to which is almost never. When connected through Wi-Fi it works just fine which is pointless because you want it to work when you are remote. It's so frustrating and there's no way to communicate with Panasonic.

Since the Android software update I have been unable to use the app on 4G. It works fine on wifi. I have tried absolutely everything and the only solution was to do a factory reset but it soon stopped working again. The whole system is now useless as I can't access it away from home. Very disappointed as it was not a cheap system to set up. edit: software update on my s9 on 2nd June and the home network is working remotely again.

Rarely connects to the camera, whether I'm home or away. I've changed settings and everything. What's the point if I cannot SEE or even hear anything completely when I get a motion detection?? Black screen saying it may take awhile to connect. Replacing it with a better system ASAP. It used to work fine in the beginning. Now? Nothing.

Absolute rubbish. What use is a security system if half the time you can't log on with your phone?? Sometimes you end up with an alarm going off because you didn't un set it when you went outside briefly then you can't log on to turn it off. I've had various android devices and tablets, the only thing that often works is to turn off the hub at the mains then turn it back on again. I've also bought a second hub in case mine was faulty but the new one is just as bad.

This app needs LOTS of work (rated as one as zero was not available). It leaves a notification on my and my wife's phone that cannot be removed. Absolutely no description of why being notified. Looks like there is a "X" on the notification icon, but text just states -"Home Network". Cannot remove, unless I force stop and then won't notify. Troubleshooting website is useless. Some links take you to air quality website or don't work at all. In addition, it requires phone location to be on. No reason for that. Requires access to contacts. No reason for that as it only can notify through the app. Would be nice if would send a text or email for notification, so app does not have to run all the time. You have to be on same network as camera to install app. Nice security feature, but won't be good if I get a new phone as I am 700 miles from camera most of the time (hope phone does not die). The app itself seems to be working fine with the one camera (no hub).
