Tried to take away over $20.00 USD of my credits, because I did not use them fast enough. They restored my credits after I complained, but they had nerve enough to be surly about terms and conditions. If you do use this app for international calls, don't be lured into buying too many credits. Your international calling needs may change, as mine did after the death of my mother, and you will be under threat of use it lose it (as per terms and conditions).

PRO... Connections have been clear and stable. You are not limited to calling only other people who are also using the same app. When your traveling in the capital of Afghanistan and need to call ANYONE in the USA your can pay ridiculous charges to an American carrier for international service that relies on a virtually useless cellular system (surprise!!! Things don't work here) or use a slightly more reliable internet system and this costs me 4 cents per minute. CON... Calls may not go thru.

Changed my rating due to the abusive notifications and toast messages which get in a way of in app buttons... Switched to 1* due to constantly appearing message which asks for notifications approval. Edit: switched back to 2*. Yes, you fixed the bug, but the notifications and marketing request is still popping up everytime I open the app. Not cool.

I have been using Talk360 for more than 2 years and am still happy. I save a lot of money when I call home since I am not out of the country. I recently had a problem: I bought R200 and was charged more. I contacted talk360, and they were of great assistance. Jill helped me through the whole process of getting the invoice from Google Play, and they added the remaining credit to my account . She/He was very patient as I struggled getting the invoice. Not fit for purpose. Will not connect call in many instances. You get disappointed when you need it most. I have a credit balance, which can not be used. I will not be buying any more credit. Today is the 29th of October 2024, and I am adding an update to the above review: This app is a scan. It has been weeks now, and I still can't make calls successfully. I have also updated the app, which has not resolved the issue. The app keeps offering me a large discount to make a new top-up. Keep off!

This is still one of the best app I have used so far foe an international call. it's very cheap and most importantly, the call is very very clear. I am not trying to advertise the app, I am only giving a sincere review. Anytime I notice they are aren't doing well, I will still come back here to say it. but for now, they are great. thumbs 👍 up Talk360

Talk360 calling rates are reasonable. one of the cheapest quality. voice call quality also quite clear. They have responsive l customer service . I tried using my Singapore number to call Singapore number to test it out but unable to connect. After contacting them . They managed to found out it is the Singapore government policy to restrict incoming overseas calls with Singapore numbers to prevent scams . Singapore numbers calling overseas should have no issues as I m able to call overseas.

I won't lie, at first I was on the fence about downloading this app cause it looked dodgy, but it has been a life savior! As I left my home country my phone number ceased to work. I really needed to call overseas and downloaded this app, it works perfectly, I've never had any issues, the credits are not too expensive. All around great experience. If you're doubting it, don't!
