All I will say is, you definitely better pay your bill because there are NO payment arrangements whatsoever. And Sparklight slips a few dollars of extra fees in every other month, and I have each of my statements to prove it. I have been with them for years, but I refuse to keep paying such high Internet prices, especially when no payment arrangements can be made and no discounts to be offered to loyal customers..

Can't register because it keeps trapping me the phone number is incorrect. This has been my number for decades. Then it says won't zip code but oh I used the zip code on YOUR bill that you sent!!!!! Than you wonder why people are pissed all the time!!!! Open the office up so I can pay instead of messing with this garbage!!!!!!!!!

Can't log in to this app. Cust service is no help, very frustrating! Thinking of changing providers.

Useful, but the support ticket function is a waste of time. I submitted a ticket two weeks ago and have yet to receive even an acknowledgment. I don't have time during business hours to call and ask why my internet is 10 times slower than what I'm paying for. Fix this or tell your techs to check this stuff, or I'm switching providers.

The app is good, but Sparklight is horrible taking care of outages. The current outage is getting close to 24 hours. Also the outages are becoming more frequent. I will be switching to a different Internet provider very soon.

Works as promised. Unable to reboot the modem unless a modem fault is found. The reboot feature is really useful when the bandwidth is lousy. Can't reboot just because. Sometimes, a reboot will clear up bandwidth issues.
