I use this app along with the T-Mobile Tue app to save money at the pump. Also like that it shows where the nearest station is, although Google Maps does that too. The one (very) annoying feature is that it always asks me to turn on full-time location, even when I am not using the app. Stop asking me! No app should need to know my location all the time, even when I don't have it open. I know why you want it all the time but stop it

Great for saving on gas. Kind of vague on participating restaurants to save extra. Or maybe just lousy participation in Missouri. It works very well with the T-mobile app for saving a little extra. The only problem I don't like is it's always asking for always on location but uses to much battery for the difference it makes.

App needs a lot of work! Many times when I need to get rewarded for gas. Some examples T-mobile, starbucks, jamba juice, the app has had issues connecthing to these other apps. I can go through the regular website but the whole point of the app is to make it easier. It is annoying to check later all the time. I get it at the end but a hassle all the time. Waiting for the one time the app developers get it right the first time so then I will raise my star score.

Does not properly track fillups. Was told to have both Shell app & this one. They don't link or connect with each other, which in turn has me miss out on deals and savings. Even when I use my phone number, 4-digit code to activate savings. Especially since I travel a lot & fill up often. I've called customer service & explained this & was told it would be resolved & I would be contacted soon about the issue. 2 months have since I've had that conversation & and it not fixed. Hope this is helpful.

I try to create an account, phone number already in use. I try to reset password, email address not found. I don't have another phone number, so I can't access my account (if I have one) or make a new one. It wouldn't be 1 star if the app also wasn't so buggy; keyboard doesn't auto close to hit submit, no auto fill for any of the text entry fields, and "Error: Exception Occurred, please contact support" to name a few. I'll pay full price for gas I guess.

The app is good for discounts for the high priced excessively taxed gas in California. Sometimes the app crashes with a blank white screen and becomes useless. One time I couldn't get my account to work so I had to create another account starting all over again. The regular Shell app is better. Fuel rewards should be moved there.

Now that the last major app glitch appears to be fixed, i can upgrade my raing. Still can't give it 5-stars because of their outdated database(s). I usually hunt for Shell stations (get $0.15 off pet gallon), and have followed app directions only to find stations that have been long closed or changed branding. :-( Edit: 09/24 - no change. Still sends me to non-existant stations

Doesn't work at all. Constant System Error popping up consistently. I didn't even want to leave a review but every time I told them "not now" when the app asked me to, it kept popping back up. Do you guys even use the app yourselves?? If you used it for 2 seconds you'd realize it's terrible.
