A nice app for security! I have this for my ebike, and it's been great. It does a great job of making sure I know where my bike is at. The only issue I have is that sometimes while riding it will ping my location to be hundreds of miles away for a short stretch. I live and ride in CO, but it will show me being in AZ for a very short segment of my trip. It's not a huge problem, but definitely is strange and makes it harder to track rides the way I'd like to.

When it's working, it is amazing! Sometimes it drops connection and customer service is quick to answer. Currently my device has completely died possibly due to overheating in the vehicle. I have not received any response yet and am disappointed. *update* I have received a wonderful response and am very happy with this company!!

After some difficulty with contact on both parties it seems the company has resolved my issues amicably and I wish we had been able to work together this way from the get go...with modern methods of communications and todays lockdowns and current life's frustrations it sometimes hard to say where the breakdown occur. The unit has great potential and probably I will try again

Cancelled 3 months ago and they've been charging my credit card every month. Contacted their support and they don't know how to fix it. Not recommended at all.
