It sometimes lets you apply for shifts but if you have problems don't bother to contact customer service, you probably won't get any help. I have contacted customer service because I coudln't apply and they stopped answering me after one email and seconds time I had to provide proof of employment and after doing it the guy stopped answering me.

cant sort jobs by distance, and the smallest radius of jobs you can select is 10km so you see a lot of jobs that you dont even want to go to. The "delete account" button is an IOS only feature for some reasons and android users must send an email to get their account removed. The whole point of this app ks scummy because using this you basically cant get any employment rights,

They take too long to verify your information!! Incredibly weeks! The app clearly needs to develop a bunch of technical aspects. There is no any way of support, nor contact information for the app developers. If you make a mistake, you need to contact them through email to ask them to change it, because you can't edit nothing! Same if you want to delete your profile. There could be a lot of potential if they also add a filter for work language required.

UI design is very bad. Some technical error keeps coming up. Upload document from gallery button doesn't work. No technical support / emergency button in the app. Update: Job provider business doesnt always response to the application, no clear answer such as Yes or No. Such rude attitude can not expect to find any helpers :(

You want to work, but this doesn't. Always waiting until the shift starts to even get any update on whether I was accepted or not. Furthermore I never got any job I was well qualified for, yet my friend with 0 experience got that same job. Also took many months to validate a piece of paper, only for them to say it's not correct- I got it from a school with multiple locations around the world. Now say you finally get a gig, great, app works right? No, have fun being left off the messaging list!

App doesn't allow you to choose ads from a specific area. Filters only work if that area is near your location, not your desired area. Also, once you click on a nationality, it locks and there is no way to correct it. How can this be? Plus, zero ability to feedback via the app.

Can't turn the notifications off and now I keep getting spammed by Maxima for their 10s of job listings. I tried turning the notifications off in the app but it keeps re-enabling itself after like an hour or 30 minutes.

I've seen previous reviews and I can see that app have been developing and improving, because I don't have any problems with app itself, but a bit difficult to find a job, since I lack experience. Otherwise at least several new jobs are available everyday and supporting team is working really well. Recommended
