Our new app combines familiar features from our Bluetooth app along with new additions to be more connected and aware than ever.

NOTE: This app is for the new line of Wi-Fi enabled safes only. This app will not work with the current line of Bluetooth safes. For Bluetooth enabled safes, the companion app for these safes is still available in the app store.

For live monitoring of events and safe status, the safe must be connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network at all times.

Wi-Fi App Features Include:

- Receive email or push notifications for safe events

- Instant alerts if the safe is opened, tampered with, or detected an impact

- Live battery status and level monitoring with low battery alert

- History log tracking for all safe events and activity

- Monitor temperature and humidity inside the safe

- App can be unlocked using phone’s fingerprint (requires device support)

The long-term use portion of this app is actually pretty nice. It's well laid out, visually appealing, and functions well. However, the initial Wi-Fi portion is a disaster. It's difficult to interpret, amateurish in design, and failed me with my Android phone. I spent an hour on my Pixel 3 trying to complete a connection and at no point did the app or the provided instructions inform me that I needed to connect to the safe's Wi-Fi. I had to use my daughter's iPhone before I had success.

The app has been really good up until about a month or so ago. I like how its designed. The different levels of alerts you can get. It was difficult at first getting everything to pair up but all and all its a good app. Have my safe for over a year and Recently it no longer notifies me of any alerts. If i have the app open and open the safe it crashes. But i can log in and see all activity. Ive tried uninstalling and it does the same thing. Hope they fix this soon

I use a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra running on One UI 3.0 on Android 11. Vaultek NMXi safe. The app is finicky. I couldn't complete the wifi setup with this phone, I had to use a different device. The app also takes forever to load and doesn't always save the settings I set, so I have to manually set them on the safe itself. It's a cool concept and a great safe, I just wish the app was better. It would be nice to be able to turn off the alarm from the app and change the passcode as well.

Terrible, app won't even open anymore, constant load screen then crashes, never gave me push notifications even though I set it to, horrible design, looks like a budget app from 2004 and i paid $370 for this safe. It is an understatement to say I am disappointed. I'm livid. It isn't a hard task to develop an app properly, especially when they are getting $370 per safe, which is supposed to work in unicen with the app. I can't even log in to the online dashboard to make adjustments. Waste of $$$.

Works fine, but the setup process could use some work. If you leave the app and come back, it starts over. Not a huge deal but a pain. Setup was pretty easy overall. Make sure you disable battery optimization for the app, however, so push notifications work more rapidly.

You took away the slide bar to open the safe in the app, which was dumb. One of the reasons i got the wifi one was to open it on the app. Hopefully you upgrade it to open the safe in the app like the Bluetooth versions. Makes no sense why you would even take it off this model. Other than that i love it. Bring the slide bar to the app and its a 5☆

Problems recently. For whatever reason. I can no longer receive alerts from my safe. My phone pops up with an alert saying the program had to close due to a bug and to update once the bug is fixed. Has this "bug" been fixed? When will it be fixed? Other than this recent issue. The app has been great. Alerts have been spot on. I received alerts from my home in the Pacific NW while I was TDY to West Virginia. Please fix whatever the issue is soon.

Very finicky to get setup. I had to use a few different phones and then finally figured out that I needed to change my wifi network for it to work (router was too new). Also, there's no notification if WiFi loses connectivity, which kind of defeats the tamper alerts.
