Since it was changed and potentially upgraded, this app is useless. Impossible to use. Need PhD to understand. Does not work properly. Extremely non-ergonomical with unnecessary features such as "boards" or "saved items". I don't want that. I just want to be able to send files. Would have given it 0 stars if I could!

I had a great architectural portfolio on here with captions and high resolution photos. Now they have upgraded to 6.1 Collect and I have re-saved the photos. HOWEVER - the App does not seem to SYNC very well , it seems hit or miss. This does NOT inspire confidence to upgrade to PRO . I need it to work properly when I send a Portfolio.

This app would be so great, but it has many problems, for example, I uploaded some photos and videos in Boards, from my gallery, and after some time when I tried to look at those photos it said "Download failed", even if I tapped Try again it just wouldn't download the photos, basically I lost all those photos and videos. Other than this, sometimes when I try to share photos and videos from my gallery to the app it just doesn't upload them, that's so stupid.

What have you done to this App??? I used to be able to add multiple files / photos to a board at the same time and then upload. Now I have to do one at a time! what owns earth was the thinking behind that? I have about 20 site photos to upload and having to add each one separately to a board is the dumbest thing I can think of. Even the browser version is only allowing one image to be selected at a time! Talk about devolving a formerly great service!

as a photographer I find it very useful for having constant access to my photo albums from my phone without having to save them all, it preserves memory. but I have seen no option to be able to access these collections from my computer. it just so happened that at an accident occur when I lost some significant files I had not backed up yet, thankfully I had it on wetransfer collect, but I couldn't access it from my PC, would be nice to add that feature.

The idea of the app itself is wonderful , but it simply doesn't work. I have tried it several times in the recent years. It Keeps on crashing. No possibly to delete/ leave boards. No possiblity to share directly from other apps. The Android app doesn't sync. Everytime you log out it would erase all contents (but they continue exist in the browser version). Technical support couldn't help me either. I definitely don't recommend using this app. It's a waste of time and nerves

Old app was simpler and faster. I understand that colletions could be usefull, but they are overkill as implemented. Suggestion: bring back old simple way to transfer files just with options: 1) simple transfer 2) add to new collection, too 3) add to existing collection, too. So this would bring both worlds. Currently it is not untuitive when sending happens and what is scope of sharing - files just added or full collection or... ?

As a creative professional I love everything about We. However, I rely heavily on curating inspiration for my work and creative process. We's Collect app massively misses the mark here. I'm find myself consistently returning to Evernote for reliability. Half the time Collect won't show images from links. It regularly doesn't show up as a share option on Android. It Syncs horribly. It's just a bad app. Disappointed I paid to upgrade for desktop access. Would love for We to get it right.
