Very good, but... no more reactions from the developers. SAD. For instance, scheduled send exists at last in the App, but NOT AT ALL in webmail : WHY ? ALSO : in the App copying an email address in a received mail is... A PAIN ! Why? Adding a picture inside the mail is... A PAIN! Why ? Etc. Etc. Etc... Basics missings... Help & 5 stars when corrected.

I miss the old format for this app when it had news articles and videos built right into it. It was an all-in-one app then Yahoo changed it and broke it up into multiple apps! For just an email app alone, it's very easy to navigate and organize. It has many features for customization and productivity. You can add different mailboxes - Gmail, AOL, etc. It's easy to sort your inbox from trash & spam. It has a sorting feature for pictures, receipts, files, etc. The spam filter works excellently.

The app doesn't update, I don't get to read any of my emails in time unless I use the web version of yahoo mail. LE: When I wrote the original review I had obviously tried to fix the issue myself by reinstalling it, and it didn't work. It acts exactly the same. But I appreciate the quick reaction. Best, Silvia LLE - yes, the problem is with the app. The email updates correctly in the web browser. There is another user with a recent review who describes (much better) the same issue.

To Yahoo team: yes I have reinstalled the app, logged out and in and many other obvious things several times. Ca. 6 months ago the app started misbehaving. I get notifications about new emails, but I cannot open them (stuck on loading screen). I open the app to see that I have 4 unread emails, but they do not appear on the list (I can find them when I log in through the browser).

Very frustrating that useful features keep disappearing w/updates. There used to be an icon to the left of senders name & when you tapped on it, all the emails from that sender appeared as a list. Very helpful to be able to pull up a list of just those so I can delete or move to a folder en masse instead of hunting/scrolling. Now, the icon for senders w/websites is gone. Instead there's a bottom banner to "visit website" that won't go away! It's useless! I'd rather have the icon next to sender!

Recently the body of the emails will be empty... I would open the email and not see any message... only a button saying Unsubscribe. I have cleared cache and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, but I am not able to log in! When I click on log in with Yahoo or log in with Google, the screen is just white and blank. What is going on??? I have used the Yahoo Mail app for years and never encountered any problems. And I do not see an option to update on Play Store

It's ok but needs work... unless I have a permissions issue which I can't seem to rectify, you can't add an attachment from your device storage. Another issue is sometimes pdf previews do not work and you have to download the file and open externally but otherwise it does the job. Can live with the preview not working but the attachment thing is a real killer

When you click on an attachment (eg pdf), it does not display properly, lots of overlapping text so you can't actually read it properly. Sent feedback via the app but couldn't attach screenshots. Tried contact us in the app but you end up in an endless loop ... asks your email then asks to select 1 of 2 options, then back to asking your email. Still obvious spam (casino, you've won, etc) ending up in inbox, no block user domain or email address option.
