It will do all the necessary calculations, add seam allowance, help you create a template, advise you how to cut and more. I really wanted to love this app. Even paid for an annual premium subscription. Unfortunately I was having a crashing error whenever I tried to load fabrics into the quilt maker. I followed the developers advice and deleted and re-download the app. This did not fix the crashing, and it also removed my premium subscription. When I click shop it says I have one, but all the premium features are unavailable and I'm getting ads again. Very disappointing, there should be a restore purchases option.

This has such potential but is, unfortunately, not very user friendly. Way too many patterns to have to manually sift through. Would like a search option, for example, "hexagon" and all hexagon pattern options show up. That's just for starters. Lots of improvements to be made, but I think if they are done, this could be a great tool.

Has good possibility, the pattern library is decent and seems like a great tool for laying out your basic idea. However the pattern maker needs work. I'm combining storm at sea with snails trail and couldn't draw more than the first square, as soon as I draw the second it disappears. If that's a purchase limitation why have the pattern editor an option at all? Or perhaps a pop-up notification that further drawing will require a purchase? I will be interested to see where this app goes.

This is the most AMAZING app I have right now!! I love being able to draw out the ideas in my head and have the math done for me to know how many and what sizes I need to cut for a single block up to 36 blocks and in so many different sizes. Makes it easier to use my Accuquilt GO! system as well. Definitely helps me save trees - no longer trying to plot them out on a paper grid! THANKS!!!!!

Overall I really like the app. It took a minute to figure out how to do some things, but once I did it was a piece of cake. I have the upgrade version and the save quilt button doesn't actually work, so I'm disappointed about that. I would like to have that fixed and would like the ability on the quilt design screen to change the colors on just 1 block instead of all blocks of the same design. Otherwise amazing app!

Looks great to start, but next to impossible to draw my own blocks. Very difficult to pick corners on the edge of screen or ones that share edges with other fabric sections. No way to temporarily disable selection of fabric already drawn so i can focus on picking points for next piece. Maybe you need a stylus which I don't have. I love how you can take photo of fabrics and use in design. Also very handy being able to select different block dimensions. But without first bit I cannot use the app

I DON'T QUILT 😊 I use the app to design patchwork squares and blocks to crochet. I would like to see a broader range of colors to select from. Like one of the color squares that allow you to drag your finger in the color until you get the share and depth of color accurate to your project. It would also be great to have the ability to use a border around the block and be able to choose different blocks and see them together in the larger 3x4 layout.

A missing feature.. I really like this app. It is a great help with all the exisiting features, but I wish there would be one more: to be able to choose the number of blocks to be displayed AND actually to see how they look together and what pattern they produce, also to be able to choose different layout options, like rotate each block to create other variations. And thank you for not bombarding us with ads
