Forward notifications from your mobile device immediately to your TV screen using Android TV or Google TV.Including application logo and images contained in the notification.
Scroll through every notified message on the Android TV in fullscreen mode. You can change the settings individually for each application.
Works best with the following apps, but basically works with any app:

- News apps: Spiegel Online, SWR3, kicker
Also displays incoming and outgoing calls.
Important: You need to install the app 'Notifications for Android TV' on your Android TV or Google TV.

When I get a call, it only shows the phone icon, no caller ID or number is shown. Also, sometimes when I get a call, nothing shows up, I would just show missed call after the call. Can you let us adjust the transparency of the pop-up on the tv? There is a big delay with Google tv streamer when you get a notification on the phone before it is displayed on the tv

I like your app, its practically the only one available for posting notifications to an android TV. I use it for my Home Automation and have Pushover send messages to my android tablet, running your app. That way I can see my Hubitat messages on the TV, and alert me with status updates (turn on fireplace, turn up the heater/AC, presence announcement and so on). However, recently, it stops working after receiving messages for a while, maybe the number of messages or perhaps the time running. I'm not able to pin it down as to the cause. All I know is that if I manually launch your app and do a test message, all the pushover messages start up again, until that magic time they stop working and I have to do it all over again. If you have any suggestions, that would be good, if you have a solution that would be great! ----------update--------- I did not notice the email address at the bottom of the page, however, thank you for providing it. I have sent more detail in an email now. UPDATE: I am very grateful and impressed by the time the developer of this App has taken to respond to my emails through support. This person demonstrates a sincere commitment and pride in their work. Based on the emails received and their content I have increased the rating to its maximum.

Needs updating to work with newer os. Wanted to install on a new phone and isn't compatible. I liked this on my older phone it worked well with my TV. Response to dev response. IF your app works fine then why did i leave this review. Google will not let me download it to my new device stating not compatible with this one and others. I'm not gong to side load the app to use. Please fix/update your app that was last updated 5 years ago.

This was a great app until my cellphone updated to Android 11. While using Android 10, the notifications were immediately displayed on my Android TV as the notification came up on my phone. Ever since the upgrade, sometimes I have immediate notifications, sometimes up to a 30 minute delay in displaying the notifications, and sometimes notifications aren't displayed at all. My settings never had the energy settings enabled for this app. The problem still exists.

I recently rated this app a 1 star, but it was a mistake and that review was for another app that didn't work. This app absolutely works! easy to set up and works well. I also purchased it shortly after. sorry for the confusion fees.

This app really needs a Default Wifi SSID option and some kind of auto IP detection and connecting. It's great but DHCP is a nightmare with this app and the same if you run multiple networks. I find it's quiet more often than it is notifying me because of IP issues. Not everyone can run static IP, or have access to manual IP assignment in the router on any given network. It's not a deal breaker but it would be a great option.

When it works, it is great, but Shield TV will stop receiving notifications after a few days - I have to open the app on Shield every few days to continue receiving notifications. UPDATE: Disabling battery optimisation resolved the issue. Hopefully, this step can be included in the installation process.

Have been using the paid for version for a couple of years now, upgraded my Android TV and the TV app no longer stays running in the background and quits, so notifications never come through until I load the TV app again, making it useless. Have checked with developer mode that apps are allowed to run and not being closed when leaving them, but nothing is set and my end to be making the Notification TV app quit, it just does on this newer Android TV version. Android TV OS Version: 11
