Made a succesful transaction and tickets were issued in app. But when I went to print tickets 20 mins later, it was gone. Turns out it was a failed transaction but no notifications were sent. Bought popcorn but missed my movie. Would not recommend this app.

The app is overall great. Modern UI, Stable, complete with all the necessary feature such as movie and seat selections. However, the payment options available is exclusive to DANA, which makes it a less favorable app for non-DANA users. It would be much appreciated if other payment methods are included. Bank Virual Account Transfer will be a safe options

More expensive tickets, failed transactions, and terrible customer service. thats all you can expect from this app. Bought a ticket and received notification transaction was successful. 20 minutes later and 10 minutes before the movie starts suddenly received notification that transaction was unsuccessful and immediately cancelled. App promised convenience, but instead I had to miss my movie. safe to say im never reinstalling this useless junk.

Everytime I try to buy movie tickets through this app, it's always a bad experience, again and again. At first, there's a notif that we successfuly purchased the ticket. We just need to wait for the ticket's issued (or booking code). But it took soooooo loooong, took several hours actually. After so long, suddenly they refunded your payment. The ticket I wanted was already sold. Really DISSAPOINTING. Please work on your system, including the schedule, cinema, payment process, etc before you make any other promos. Oh, and it's customer service unreachable. Too bad

Bad first time experience. I just installed and expect that it could go as smooth as other online applications but after I transferred to the account and about to book my tickets, the app just incredibly useless. Like I have to restart my phone because of the app's slow response and when i managed to choose my seats, the app could process my transaction for several minutes, which rip off my time. And after I managed to pay the transaction, where is the ticket? I checked on the upcoming shows and all transactions, as well my e-mail, text messages (latest message is successful payment). Now where am I supposed to see my e-ticket?

It's useless if you want to book tickets long before you want to watch the movie you want to see. The app seldom shows cinemas' and/or movies' schedules for the next 2-5 days, which makes it pointless personally for me since I'm the type of user who wants to see movies' showing times before booking them for myself and my family ahead of time. I do believe that if TIX ID is willing to show movies' schedules at least one week prior it'll be better not only for booking but also for time management.

Sometimes it is useful and make you easier while you booking a ticket. But most of times this is a very bad app because you need to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get a confirmation that your ticket was successfully purchased or not then you'll get the refund when it is failed. Sadly to know, that your favourite seat has been taken by other after you get notification.

An application that will make you completely disappointed! How come. There are no notifications when your ticket fails to buy. So imagine, when you arrived at the cinema and were very disappointed to see that your ticket suddenly was canceled. Refunds alone are not enough to replace the costs of going to the movies, paying for parking, and even buying popcorn. So again, don't install this!
