Edit 26/10 Botim no longer works on data even though I'm not in the UAE where there are limitations on how the app works - what could be the reason? -------------- 1. App gets stuck a lot when I receive calls: phone keeps ringing & vibrating until I force stop the app and reopen it. 2. Notifications for ads can be annoying. Especially the new one about Botim Out - keep it to once a day!

could be a better app. it doesn't work well with Bluetooth devices like of you get a call while listening to music the music would start playing right after answering the call. it's just a necessity to use botim in the UAE but I'd rather use WhatsApp or direct call whenever I can

Its good app. But there are still many things you should work on, like when we send 20 second any video to someone it becomes 1min and 20 second dont know why !! Also sound get too slower then original like we are hearing something horror. Please work on that Thanks

After upgrading my phone to Android 14. It seems that my microphone is not working. So i cannot send voice messages not talk with someone on call. At first i thought it was an Android bug but I tried checking it on Snapchat and messenger and it works fine there. Please fix this issue...

Connection issue while calling to india When I make calls to India, they don't connect when the other person is using mobile data. However, when they switch to Wi-Fi, the connection works fine. Most of my friends and family in India use the Jio network, and it seems like this issue only happens with Jio users. I would really appreciate a fix for this problem. I enjoy using the Botim app, but it's not fulfilling its main purpose for me. How can I continue using Botim if this issue persists?

I didn't like advertising in this app Voice and video is not clear and Video was freezing will speaking and ringtone is not hearing will phone comes. Usually. Botim app and it's not working properly while using outside. Voice and video is blurry. Voice Clairty is not properly. Voice was breaking so many times

Good app but have two issue during voice call on off screen if u put phone on your ears and any adds shown on screen will automatically open browers. 2nd calls and messages notifications can't get on home screen if you're not in the app.

Horrible service. I have done a bank transfer and its been 6 days and until now its is not credited to my bank. Was trying to find ways to reach customer service but there is no option to chat or call them. Instead you can only send them an email. No response from their customer service team as well. Please do not ever use this service if you want to have a faster bank transfer. Will never recommend this app ever to my friends and family.If only i can give you -1000000 rating i will
