I've been really impressed with how easy this app makes reporting maintenance issues. I wasn't sure about this app at first, but it turned out to be super helpful. When my oven stopped working, instead of waiting days for a response, I just recorded a quick video, uploaded it, and the repair was scheduled right away. I could even track when the repair person was coming. it saved me from making a bunch of phone calls. It's such a time-saver especially if you're busy.

Extremely Limited. To get the full function of this app which includes rent payment online, it prompts you to give your bank password; heck no. No options to actually speak to someone. When filling out the form given in the app to explain an issue, it doesnt let you scroll up to see what you wrote, you only see it when you submit. No proof of submission aside from "Thank you so much for submiting the help form.". I recieved an email back saying to find the information in the app!

Worst app ever. No information regarding billing, impossible to contact property manager, and no support for electronic checking account payments except through Plaid, which is not allowed by my bank. This means that I have to pay rent using a credit card and pay $45 in extra fees every month. Beyond frustrated with this garbage platform, poor customer service, and general lack of communication from the property manager. App is unprofessional and insufficient. I believe a third grader could have

So far it's way worse then the app I was using. It won't let me log in or create a profile. It doesn't show me as a tenant at the property I'm leasing. They want personal usernames and passwords to bank accounts in order to pay rent through their app. Upwards of $50.00 to pay rent with a debit card. It's not even up and running, and rents due in 2 days. If I could give negative stars I would.

Honestly, this app is such a game-changer. When my stove stopped working, I was able to quickly upload a video, and they handled everything from there. The technician came prepared and knew exactly what to expect. It's like having a concierge for repairs.
