OnePlus earbuds- The product overall is okay but not at all durable. In the first 6 months, there was an issue with the left earbud not charging, I got it replaced free of cost from the service center, but now again after 8-9 months, the left earbud is having an issue with low volume, it's almost at 30% of its original volume, very frustrating. Now it's out of warranty, either I'll have to live with it or pay for the replacement.

Diagnostics didn't find the simple issue with my phone. The proximity detector (when the phone reaches the ear) doesn't work so the phone stays on when on calls. This diag app passed the sensor as working without issues. Plus the start a warranty claim option didn't work and errored out. This app is worthless and a waste of time. Just skip it and save some grief. Uhg! I called support and they made some change to my account but it still did not fix the problem. I stand by this low review.

Actually quiet easy to use and functions nicely. This app serves as a very easy solution for mobile repair. OnePlus, Keep it up. My personal experience was great. The only thing I really want to see is your service centres at more locations. But considering that there is a pickup and drop option in this app, It's not actually a problem. You guys are definitely on the right track.

No way to use activation code, working with support now but this is miserable. You can add devices by IMEI, but there's no info regarding activation Doesn't keep all info in the device details after clearing data and you can't add it back. Update: Thanks for responding back. I've moved this to 3 stars for the speedy response. Looking forward to improvements. Update: unable to login because the OTP codes don't work.

My one plus buds left side has suddenly stopped working. Tried fixing it by reconnecting but nothing works. After research found that this is a common problem faced by everybody using it. One plus has not yet come up with a solution for it . All of a sudden it has stopped no audio at all. The last and only solution they have is replacement that too if it's under warranty. I mean how can a company like this has such a product in Market . Really disappointed. Hope to get a solution for this asap.

i would love to rate higher but at the moment i can't. I have my new OP 7 Pro and i purchased the 12 month screen protection plan and I have NO way of registering my device through the app. literally there is no register button. I have contacted support and they told me to send an email with the invoice but i have heard no word back. Service like this is unacceptable. if my screen breaks and i have not registered my device because this app fails to work, you guys had better still cover my plan! UPDATE: My issue has since been addressed so i appreciate the customer service taking care of this. However, this does not excuse this happening and as such i am only raising the rating to a 3 star.

I recently had a battery issue with my OnePlus 10 Pro and was very impressed with the support I received from the OnePlus customer service team. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide me with a solution. The battery on my phone is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend OnePlus to anyone in need of a high-quality smartphone with excellent customer support.

Awful experience! Several problems seen. 1) The app was going into an interminable loop of asking OTP again and again making it impossible to register 2) The first issue was solved after a while. The new version was sending the OTP now, but was always sending the wrong OTP. Again it was not possible to register 3) After several days the second problem was also resolved. Now, the second step of registration involves ONEPLUS activation codes, which never come! Pathetic user experience!
