Used to love this app. Its great for audiobooks with a large selection which my son loves but when it constantly skips back 1min+? This is a new thing for me, a few months ago this was never an issue. It can get very laggy when installing books and how it's set up is kinda irksome. When just scrolling through your books it'll randomly start downloading ones and you can't just stop it, it'll stay downloaded at 3% and if you delete it the only way is to remove it from your books entirely

Great app but very glitchy I love how this app works but there is definitely a few issues that need to be worked out. One such issue I'd like to bring up that is very annoying to deal with is how the audio slider keeps getting stuck at a certain position and if I jump forward or backward it jumps me from the position that it is stuck at. Also maybe make it a Setting for the audio to start playing after you jump forward or backwards or you finish saving a note.

Samsung S21+ Playback frequently backs up. I did a shut down/ restart. Issue persists. Read more comments and the notes from Support to other users. On Android, doesn't have a Shake setting. I am listening to N D Wilson's The Drowned Vault. It skips at the top of page or whatever phrase at top. Seems to work fine when app is displayed. If screen off, skipping becomes frequent. It will bounce to the top of the page and start over.

I love this service so much, but the app is a little glitchy. It kept reading me the same pages over and over instead of going to the next page. I could manually turn the page though. This service is invaluable, we just need more college textbooks (law school) and less glitchiness. I also wish the readers wouldn't say "quote," and "unquote." It is very distracting. If you can fix the glitches and ask the readers not to say the punctuation out loud, I would give this five stars.

Great service overall, but the app is abysmal. It _constantly_ jumps back several sentences. It drives my son insane and is ruining the reading experience. I see this exact issue cited for at least the past three years and those reviews are marked as most helpful, indicating everyone else is having the same issue. Figure it out.

I has lots of options and is very accessible on all of my devices, but I wished listening outside of the app was much easier. It only lasts for around 5 minutes before it starts repeating sentences and I have to reopen it. The only place I can use the app comfortably is my Chromebook which I can't take everywhere and use for working. Kinda disappointing.

Concept is great, execution, not so much. When it works, it's wonderful. However, the app on my S21 and S6 Lite tablet both constantly hit errors trying to find books to read. I figured out chrome on PC works to add books and they show up on Android. This is workable until you lose internet, which completely disables the app. No reading on a plane or after turning internet off for kids bedtime.

Has some technical issues that don't kill the app but certainly make it more difficult to use. Frequently the app will jump back a couple of pages instead of moving forward. Frequently during page changes the audio speed slows back to the default. I tried setting my own default speed in my profile but it doesn't stick. Often the audio stops and I have to unlock my phone for it to begin again. When it switches readers the speed again slows down to the default. Needs some work, but still awesome!
