Oftentimes it’s hard deciding whether the body is in a state of stress or recovery. What we perceive as stress might not be physiological stress, and physiological stress might not be perceived as stress. The same goes for recovery. To gain full control of our stress, we need to measure and translate signals from the body. In Linkura’s stress check, the signals from the body are weighed together with questionnaire responses regarding self-assessed stress. By doing so, we can determine your stress level. Your result shows you which parameters to work on depending on set goals.

Linkura’s stress check is like a health check, but in Linkura’s check, there is no need for visits to a health center or appointments with doctors. We do not need any blood samples or block time in your calendar to do the stress check. The data we need is collected with ease using a small wearable ECG meter on a chest strap. The results can be found in the app whenever there is time.

The stress check includes:

- Stress level: Your resting HRV (heart rate variability) showing the balance between stress and recovery. Load graphs 24/7.
- Sleep: You sleep time and load graphs during nights.
- Physical activity: Your amount of pulse-raising movement divided into low-intensity and high-intensity physical activity.
- Physical fitness: Your resting pulse.
- Self-assessed symptoms of stress: Your risk of burnout measured with KEDS (Karolinska exhaustion disorder scale).

The app also includes:

- An exercise bank with breathing and meditation exercises.
- Real-time displays of HRV and heart rate.
- Tools for checking in wellbeing over time.
