This application is intended for Euphoria Telecom Customers only.
The Euphoria Phone is a mobile phone based Telephone extension for your Euphoria Cloud PBX. When you or your agents are on the road, the Euphoria Phone application allows you to make or receive calls.
The application is designed to seamlessly integrate with your Euphoria Cloud PBX, and automatically provisions its own settings, so there is no need to handle SIP username and password settings.
The Euphoria Phone works with the Euphoria TMS and can retrieve call history, and your personal contacts.
The Euphoria Phone can be notified of incoming calls using the push notification service, so you can save battery while still being available for any call.

Performs the bare minimum in terms of calling and even that it does poorly regardless of if you are on WiFi or 4G. It can't pause music or an application if you receive a call so it means you are trying to pause things once you have answered a call. As it stands I would rather use normal calling or WhatsApp calling despite the additional cost. The software really needs some big improvements to close the gap to its rivals.

Since installing the app on my Huawei p30 lite, I've had non stop issues with battery life. Sometimes it's fine and other times with a full batt my phone will just die, battery completely depleted! Something went very wrong here and I have no idea how to fix it. I'm confident that the battery isn't the issue as this problem is limited to when using certains apps on my phone. I.e I can't use my camera, chrome or go into my gallery since installation.

Running the app on the mate 20 pro and it seems to struggle to get access to the mic people can't hear me and for the first call on the app I have to disable the mic and re-enable it not sure what's happening

The app is just bad, the calls just get dropped, the calls are not even clear even if you are on fibre or 5G. The phone rings once or twice and it drops before you can even answer.

I had it before and it was working properly on my phone. I had to unistall it for a while because I was no longer using it. I needed it again so I reinstalled it but it is no longer loading on my phone. I don't know what changed.

Great initiative especially during the pandemic however the connection is really poor and calls don't come through unless the app is open on your phone.
