Absolute rubbish, cannot log in the majority of the time, and on the off chance i can it glitches out and doesnt show me my full rosta or mixes it all up. What on earth is the point of this app. So disappointed this app os what my work have chosen to use. I have to get my colleagues to checl my shifts for me

This app simply does not work. The website functions fine, and I can log in without any issues, but the app does not allow me to log in. It should just be removed from the Play Store as it is completely pointless.

After successfully downloading the app, and using it for a few weeks, it suddenly won't let me view the calendar with my rota on it! I have tried numerous things but nothing works! I cant request or see my annual leave, nothing! It's been a complete waste of time!

I logged off the app as it wouldn't go back to my own shifts. I logged back in again and it said I needed to contact my administrator as I don't have the authority. It did same when I removed the app and reinstalled it.

I generally have found the website ok, although I'm in the early stages of using it. I find it difficult to request annual leave dates that don't conflict with my colleagues as I can't see dates that have already been requested/allocated. Would it be possible to rectify this please? We had the ability to see this on our old internal system. Thanks, Lisa

Slow and laggy, logs you out every day, unintuitive user interface, problems with linking to multiple organisations, booking bank shifts is a farce. How on earth did this app even get past the development stage? Feels like a rushed and unfinished student IT project.

Logged me out and now won't let me connect to my organisation as my user name is already connected to that organisation. Yes, it is, by ME!!! That is after I have entered my password, received my telephone code multiple times... Oh, I've just read some other reviews. This is a common problem apparently. I should have read them before I spent 30+minutes faffing with it!!!

Absolute waste of time apparently once you get signed out of the app you can never get back onto it work administrator can't access to reset app won't allow you to reset as requested sign in support and apparently the emails are sent but never get a response Absolute joke SORT IT OUT
