The app is incredibly finicky, when trying to receive a code from my email the whole thing would reset and begin a loop after receiving a code and resetting. Once I got lucky and the app didn't reset I purchased my wash and was then unable to use the wash. After discussing the problem with an attendant I was then forced out of the line after refusing to be charged twice for one wash due to the app "being a separate entity".

Setup with RFID fails App sucks. Waited a couple of months to try again to migrate my membership into the app. It took SEVERAL attempts, getting into the next 'phase' took several attempts. Finally got through entering info on multiple screens, several app lockups, and no membership history. Can not enter correct license plate into profile. Phone support, two months ago, was worthless, they just kept sending me the same email template. Nothing ever happened so I waited for them to try to fix ap

The car was not cleaned or dried. The app said I have no accounts, and I have 17 cars registered and paid for. The help line could only elevate the issue. I canceled all of my cars and they didn't even get that correct. They still show 3 active and 1 that doesn't show will give me a premium wash all day long however no matter how many times I run it through it still has dirty wheels and bugs on the front the same bugs

When the location on 78 is open it's ok. They very often open late, or on occasion not at all. So undependable. Additionally equipment is always breaking down or only partially working right. There is new equipment there waiting to be installed, about 5 weeks now, but still just sits there. Today I went to wash my car at 9:30. Doors open but cones blocking entrance, no one there anywhere, door locked. WOW

it's slow and the zip attendant didn't even know how it worked after I purchased a wash. I was also supposed to get 50 pts for starting a new account, which the app said I would, but didn't see the points. and then the attendant just opened the gate but I know I didn't get the $23 wash. I'm getting a refund. also, your vacuums are all broken. I shouldve gone next door to the gas station and paid the 5 dollars just to rinse off the salt on my car.

Can't get any information about the washes without enrolling in the app. The "get support " button doesn't do anything, and you can't search the locations. This might be the worst app I've ever encountered.

The app is very fast with all the different locations and specials available. Also like the multiple locations and everyone has a great attitude. Thanks for coming into our area. Been a customer for right at a year and I must say all the guys and gals do a great job at the stores. And I will continue to be a customer because of GreatCustomer service! Thank you.

Cannot cancel before promo period is up. And then you cannot cancel unless you message them. And then you will need to provide your life history to get any refund or cancel. They should not have billed me past the promo period but they did, although app still says I'm in a promo period. Tried to call their number but apparently they do not take calls and only prefer to message which they do not respond same day.
