I've got some problem to make payment using Google wallet. When I installed it on my Meebook reader (android based), it does not work well. Every time I read a book using the app, it crashes almost every 10 minutes, even making my reader unresponsive. Please fix the bugs, as I enjoy reading books on this app very much.

I can't search based on author after the updates. Can't save my progress reading Compared to previous version, there's many books missing/not included in the premium version The new version is very bad and worse.. In the newest version, the book from Kompas isn't include in the subscription. Their subscription only contain old and bad books!

Failed by design, limited books catalogue, even my unofficial manga reader comprehend more features and enjoyable reading experience than this multi million company's work that probably outsource programmer for dirt cheap. If u really need a feedback, hear me out

My suggestion is to more focus on the reading experience. These are some suggestions that I think are easy to achieve. Give an option to hide the margins so text can be larger. Name it zoom to text width. Also apply this on landscape mode. Easier page navigation when in this mode. Also give an option for paper colors or patterns for more comfortable reading, especially at night.

I wish the app has features like highlighting certain sentences, infinite scroll reading option, and categorizing books in my collection. I wish it also has the option between thumbnail/grid or list view, then search book feature for the my collection section, because it became a hassle to search and scroll down far far below to search when I have more books. The collection of the books is good so far, I can download various genre of books whenever I like.

Downloading this because I want to read some Indonesian books, newspapers and magazines. Unfortunately the apps give so many unpleasant experiences. The apps unnecessarily vibrating when downloading books. Watermark is really big and disturbing reading experience after I pay money for the subscription. I will definetely stop subscribing after the first month. You don't trust user hence I am not trusting you as well as good platform for my reading.

Despite of their large collection of books and mags (which I really fond of), I have to say that this app is fundamentally broken. Very slow to load, crashed very oftenly, sluggish and unintuitive user interface, useless search function, confusing category and all. I've used Scoop for about three years and it seems that they've done nothing to fix those bugs that have already happened from day one.

the app is so bad , when you tried to read the book its really slow, and did not really load , reading experience was bad, and its often crash when you read, suddenly stopped working and it will bring you to the first page again. even manga/comic app is not this bad. with the same size of a page. the app feel like created half hearted.
