Success in College after Concussion with Effective Student Supports is an app-based peer mentoring program for college students with concussion. Program administrators will provide a join code.

Making it back to school after a concussion, no matter how severe, is difficult. In order to help you make this recovery successful, we're launching this mentoring program so that when you're making this great return, you have the right mentor who's been there done that, the right peers to collaborate with and the right resources to help along the way. We look forward to being there with you throughout this program and supporting your transition back to school.
