No sense of timing whatsoever! They confirm your cab via email for the time it has been requested but upon using the tracking system (luckily) it says the cab I ordered over an hour ago will be 27mins late..the cab should have already been due! This is unacceptable!! Quoting the wrong price is one thing but this?! Seriously!
