The app is barely useful. There's a lack of LOTS of features for something regarded as a movable camera with a battery - like recording when movement happens out of the cradle. Lots of bugs as well, such as errors when setting repeatable recording schedules.

Fix your foundation before releasing new products. Ongoing issues: 1. The ROLA app is a hit and miss when it comes to viewing the camera. The initial viewing is never live due to 0kbs streaming at the top left corner. The app needs to be closed and reopened to fix the issue. 2. The EBO is only useful when docked due to not being able to re-dock. Instead, it spins in circles, even when close to the docking station. For the cost and the bugs, there are other much cheaper options.

The EBO phone app provides a user interface to the Ebo. It allows me to remotely navigate the EBO around my home, access live camera feeds, and uses two-way audio for communication, which works well for monitoring my property. However, the app has some limitations. It lacks integration with popular smart home systems like Alexa or Google Assistant, the 30 second cruise is pathetic, and it needs a cruise of at least 5 mins to enhance functionality.

I've loved this for the past few months, despite it getting stuck on literally nothing for no reason far too often, not recording when it's been-motion-activated to and, as of this morning, not connecting to the network no matter what I do. It's currently just a very expensive camera and cat toy that he has lost interest in. I cannot even log into the app after factory resetting and your online customer service is apparently non-existent, so now it's complete garbage. Your update broke it.

The app keeps timing out when I try to connect to the Rola mini, I'm not sure if its a problem with my network, the app or the robot itself but given the app timed itself out when I tried to submit some feedback through it, I'm placing the blame on the app.

You know what, your advertising is misleading. You stress how much that this is an upgrade from your former ebo without mentioning much about functionality. I trusted you guys and ordered one, thinking it's an upgrade of my ebo air. Not knowing it is in fact a downgrade. It's good if you have time to move it around but seriously, this is more like a Furbo that moves. I was expecting an upgrade from ebo air that can interact with my animals when I'm not around. Very disappointing.

Love the item until the latest update. I used this thing to check my cat at least once a week while at work. Then, the last update has improved my image quality to complete garbage. I can't see anything or can barely make out what I am looking at. Support is telling me it is my lighting. My lighting has not changed since I purchased it two years ago. And how can they explain the night vision imagery. It looks terrible also. What light has changed there?
