كارنتيكا (Calentica) هي أكلة شعبية أصلها من مدينة وهران، غرب الجزائر, وتعرف أيضا باسم الحامي لانه يفضل أكلها ساخنة (حامي تعني ساخن باللهجة الوهرانية). تحضر أساسا من الحمص المطحون والماء والبيض، كما يفضل أكلها مع أضافة الكمون والهريسة، وكمية الزيت والماء تختلف من العاصمة للغرب الجزائري، حيث تكون الكمية أكثر في الغرب. تطبخ في الفرن بعد خلط المكونات وتقدم مع الرغيف أو بدونة على شكل قوالب تؤكل مباشرة. ونظرا لسهولة تحضيرها ولذتها ورخص المواد المستعملة، أصبحت الكارنتيكا أكلة أساسية لكل فئات الناس فقيرا أو غنيا وأنتشرت في كل ربوع الجزائر وحتى في فرنسا وكندا نظرا لتواجد كثيف للجالية الجزائرية.

الكرنتيكا معروفة في إسبانيا وفرنسا أيضاً ولكن بأسماء مختلفة وبطرق تحضير تختلف من حيث الكمية فقط.
