Password reset is awful. How am I receiving different errors each time I go through your "verification" process? Sometimes the code is good enough, sometimes you use captcha too. But it always errors out without allowing password reset. Most times it claims it can't identify the device even when I initiate the process from within the mobile app. Error messages range from "web page not available" to "unauthorized" even after going through pin and captcha check. Stop the MS 💩 already.

I am very displeased with the video feature, which I don't want or need, but sometimes accidentally click on and a video starts playing very loudly at the most inopportune times. There doesn't seem to be a way to prevent these videos from autoplaying, even though I have autoplay turned off in settings. Please get rid of this "feature".

The persona verification process lacks an option for ID books, which some of us still use. Not everyone has access to an ID card, passport, or driver’s license. This issue is preventing me from accessing my account and responding to important opportunities, which is impacting the network I've worked hard to build. I’m relieved I didn’t upgrade to premium, as I would have paid for a service I can’t fully use.

I’m experiencing ongoing issues with LinkedIn on my Samsung A32. The app frequently freezes and stays in a loading loop whenever I open it. Sometimes, it works, but often I have to reinstall it, log in again, or clear the cache, yet the problem keeps coming back. It also occasionally shows an internet connection error, even though my internet is working perfectly fine with other apps and tasks. LinkedIn just doesn’t seem to run smoothly on my device.

Hello LinkedIn Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with the messaging feature. I connected with a person, and we had a conversation earlier in the day. However, later on, I was unable to send any more messages to this contact. I can type in the message box, but when I click the “Send” button, the message does not go through—it stays in the message box and doesn't appear in the chat. I've tried every troubleshoot steps there're no use finally i came to you.

2024: Still watered down, still can't recommend people on their volunteer experience and my profile randomly disappears for no reason. Microsoft is killing Linkedin! 2020: Mobile use is thoroughly weaker and unrefined like your web counterpart having alot less features. The jobs section of the app is very annoying by showing me jobs where I'm miles away, showing jobs that are no longer available and no responses for applications. I think it's time to try a new site for my job hunting. 🙄

I can no longer put multiple pictures in a post, can only do one at a time no matter what I try on mobile. So far haven't been able to get any job with this application or interview. Can't set very specific job filters and it appears every post is done by a scammer.

Lots of problems. If you use a template and customize your outreach, it just reverts any changes back to the template when you send. Only realized this after wasting time customizing dozens of outreaches. An old colleague replied, and I was embarrassed to see it sent standard template. Now it won't let me see any messages from past 6+ months. I see old messages only, no matter how I filter/search. Got a new message notification, and when I clicked couldn't see it. Had to go to computer to check.
